It's nap time for Owen...
oday I begin my 30 days of yoga. I am not yet sure how much or when each day I am going to fit it in...but I do know I am crazy tried all the time because my beautiful baby boy is still hungry at night and also that it has been 21 weeks since I gave birth and so far only 5 days total of working out. This is how I am choosing to ease back into working out to hopefully make it part of my daily routine instead of another chore added to my list each day. Wish me luck.
Today's workout:(definitely not bragging...haha...just for me look back at progress) 5 minutes of yoga. 90 sit-ups. 10 push-ups. 30 lungs. 10 minute walk carrying Owen. Good first day! :)
