Was a HUGE bust. Sadly. I even tired it 2 different ways and give serious props to whoever can make this work. There were two separate posts on pinterests both with varying instructions but no luck. Here were my attempts to give you a little laughs. Also sadly this so far had been my most expensive project to try and being paid for and done twice there will not be a third attempt.

As you can see from the Pinterest links, the idea was that it would become a lantern but mine ended up as scary Halloween decorations-which, by the way, is the new purpose of the blue one :) so not a complete waste.

You've got to glue it to the balloon, let it dry, and then use spray starch. After you starch it pop the balloon.
ReplyDeleteStick to the spray glue, mod podge doesn't cut it!
