We were getting rid of our memory foam for our bed so i cut pieces from that and some other foam my mother in-law had laying around and used a staple gun to attach where i wanted the foam.

Owen's Arm Chair - Wood frame

The guys at Home depot are awesome. They helped me so much in picking out the right wood for this project and they even cut the wood for me{which later I realized my measurements were a little off so i did learn how to use a power saw and re-cut a few pieces of wood}.

 All the wood.
 Wood frame done.

19th/20th/21st of 30 Creations From Pinterest Pt.1

Owen's New Armchair.

I really wanted to get our little man his own little arm chair for christmas, but
I didn't want to pay $150 for a pottery barn one or get a cheap foam one for $20.
I wanted to love it and so....I decided to make one :)
I counted this chair as 3 projects because I built the wood frame,
covered it in foam, & learned to sew-to sew a cover for it.

 My first rough blueprint.

We were waiting as the guy @ Home Depot cut our wood for an hour, these were
the many emotions Owen showed me while we were there. LOL.
 Chocolate Coma.
Trip #2..He insisted on bringing his giraffe.

Family Birthday Sign

I Spray painted the wood because the burlap was a
little open and i wanted it to appear dark it you saw any of it.
Then I hot glue guned the burlap to the back of the wood.
The Month circles just have letter stickers and then are glued
with a hot glue gun. "Family"is a sticker.
"Birthdays" are stickers.
I cute ribbon and glued bottons to the bottom to weigh them down.
Wrote each family members birthdays on one baby clothes pin.
Added the twine. Done!

Burlap Wreath

To make this wreath I simply glued with a hot glue gun, the burlap over lapping a little. Then pulled pieces from the outside into the middle. Then in the center of the wreath I pulled any extra burlap onto the back. I had the two swirls in my scrapbooking supplies and spray painted them purple. Added the JOY letters & ribbon. All done. Sooo easy!

Super Coozy Scarf.

{To Make this-My beginning chain was 10 long, i tripled crocheted the whole scarf. I made the flowers with the same pattern as this post. Stitched them on using gray for the gray flower and white for the two layer flower. I cut the fringe twice a long as I wanted it and then looped it around my first row of crochets on each end.}
This one was for me but I am making two more for gift as requested :)
